Last week I wrote a 4,000 word rant (that I doubt I will ever publish) of which about one fifth was dedicated to this topic.
I believe the current workforce, especially in the web, will need to dramatically evolve in order to be competitive with the next generation of workers.
Portion Sizes, Then and Now
As parent you are constantly worrying that your kid is either not eating enough of eating too much. We struggle a lot with finicky eating, or with our daughter not finishing her meals even when we make something she likes. But lately I’ve been wondering if I’m just giving her too much food.
We seem to feed ourselves “restaurant” portions when in reality we could probably make due with half that. I think that carries over to how much we feed our kids.
This article examines what portion sizes were like when I was a kid 20 years ago, versus portions that PJ has a deal with today.
